*The Hero Home Loan Program allows a loan to value on a primary residence purchase of up to 99.00% and a loan to value of up to 95.00% on a rate and term refinance. (Must meet all loan and private mortgage insurance underwriting guidelines to qualify). Max loan amount of $484,300. Once the loan has been closed, Lookout Credit Union will show appreciation for your service to our community with a gift to the member of an amount equal to ½ of the loan origination fee. This offer can not be combined with any other special loan program that Lookout CU offers. To be eligible for the Hero Home Loan Program, at least one borrower must be currently employed at one of the following employers at the time of application and closing: any federal, state or local law enforcement agency, any public and private educational institution, any fire department, any nurse (including all designations, including CNA), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and/or paramedics, and any active duty Military (any branch). This program only applies to primary resident stick built conventional mortgage loans. Member is responsible for all closing costs. Member must have been employed for at least 30-days prior to closing of the mortgage loan. All industry and private mortgage insurance loan underwriting requirements apply, including maximum loan-to-value, debt-to-income ratio, full documentation, etc. Rates will be determined using the same criteria as other Lookout CU mortgage loans.
