Board Election and Annual Meeting Announcement

Nominations for the Board of Directors 

The 70th Annual Meeting of Lookout Credit Union will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. On that date, the terms of three members of the Board of Directors will expire. There are four candidates running to fill these three open seats. The election of Directors results will be announced at the Annual Meeting.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall conduct, direction, and stability of the Credit Union. It establishes policy and guides the organization’s growth. The Board meets monthly, as required by the Credit Union bylaws, and at more frequent intervals as necessary. 

2024 Board of Directors Candidates 

Board voting will take place February 26 - March 22, 2024. Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting at 5:00 pm on March 27, 2024.

Annual Meeting

Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting at 5:00 pm on March 27, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Idaho State University SUB - 2nd Floor - Woodriver Room Suite (1065 Cesar Chavez, Pocatello, ID 83209) in Pocatello, Idaho. Come and listen to news of your credit union and meet the Board of Directors, President/CEO, and staff.
