The 69th Annual Meeting of Lookout Credit Union will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. On that date, the terms of three members of the Board of Directors will expire. There are six candidates running to fill these three open seats. The election of Directors results will be announced at the Annual Meeting.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall conduct, direction, and stability of the Credit Union. It establishes policy and guides the organization’s growth. The Board meets monthly, as required by the Credit Union bylaws, and at more frequent intervals as necessary.

Annual Meeting
Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting at 5:00 pm on March 29, 2023. The meeting will be held at the Idaho State University SUB - 3rd Floor - Salmon River Suite (1065 Cesar Chavez, Pocatello, ID 83209) in Pocatello, Idaho. Come and listen to news of your credit union and meet the Board of Directors, President/CEO, and staff.
